The Department of Gastroenterology at St. Vincent’s Hospital provides a comprehensive range of consultative and diagnostic procedures in gastroenterology and hepatology.
The Hepatobiliary & Upper GI unit takes a patient-centred, multidisciplinary approach, working in close collaboration with gastroenterology and oncology. Our surgical team is supported by a specialist nursing team, research unit and allied health. We also offer specialist support to several regional centres around Victoria.
The Colorectal Surgery team provides comprehensive care for patients with anorectal conditions, colorectal cancer, IBD, pelvic floor disorders, pilonidal sinus and disorders of bowel function.
